Terms of Service
The following covers all the essential points of agreement between you, the user, and Ledgerble Inc., the author and provider of the Ledgerble.com Web site and of Ledgerble, a bookkeeping program for small businesses.
Refund
All customers get a full month to use and evaluate Ledgerble.com, therefore no full or partial refunds will be offered after the initial 30-day evaluation period.
Warranties
To the Maximum extent provided under applicable law the service Provided by Ledgerble Inc. and any associated parties comes "as is" and without any warranties express or implied of any kind, except as specified in this agreement. Ledgerble Inc. is neither responsible nor liable for any loss, injury, claim, liability, damage, occurring from use of this service or from the service being unavailable or inaccessible for any period of time.
You understand an agree that Ledgerble.com is not in the business of providing any tax advice or government reports, and that you are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter in the program.
Liability
Ledgerble Inc. shall in no event be responsible or liable to the user or any third party for any indirect, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profit or revenue, or business that would arise from the user’s use of Ledgerble Inc. products. The Maximum Liability unless otherwise specified in another agreement will be STRICTLY limited to the amount paid to Ledgerble Inc. by the user.
Indemnification
The user agrees to indemnify Ledgerble Inc., it’s employees, officers, directors and owners from and against any claims demand or damage including legal fees asserted by the user or any third party due to the use of the site.
Ledgerble Inc. reserves the right to modify the terms of this agreement at any time in the future in any way it sees fit without prior notice. In this occurrence the user will be notified of the changes.
Property/confidentiality
Your Data remains your property and will not be shared or transferred to any third party or outside company. It will not be used in any event for marketing, promotion or other purposes unless the user gave his express consent. Ledgerble Inc. excludes liability for any loss of data no matter how caused. It is the users’ responsibility to backup all entered data.
The design, tutorials, documents and processes in the website remain the property of Ledgerble, and cannot be copied, reproduced or resold unless an agreement is entered upon with Ledgerble Inc. allowing it.
Access
Ledgerble is intended as a service that will be accessible 24 hours a day and 7 days a week, we reserve the right to have down periods due to scheduled maintenance or unforeseen events. Ledgerble cannot be held financially liable for any downtime to the site.
The Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Province of Quebec.
