Ledgerble was founded in 2008 by 3 entrepreneurs (Michael Peterson, Matt Walsh, and Omar Sefian) who were tired of having to use complicated accounting software to run their own businesses. Headquartered in Montreal, Canada, the company is privately owned and has no outside investors.
